Dan Steadman's disastrous start in 1980s public access TV
In the late 1980s, Dan Steadman starred in a disastrous public access TV show. "Danny The Clown Show" is considered by some to be the "worst children's TV program in the history of the medium." He was a 14-year-old teenager who put clown makeup on his face and got in front of the camera, plus tried to run the show behind the scenes. This is the story -- told through found footage from his childhood friends -- of how it all got out of hand and was canceled after a doomed interview with a nurse.
