Working on your middle splits? Or maybe just want to improve your lower body hip flexibility? Take 20 minutes and follow along with Jenni!
Even if you're inflexible, you'll still get the benefits of these positions, just go as deep as you can and hold for as long as is comfortable, then each time you do this routine see if you can get a litte further!
Remember that middle splits is an advanced position, and you won't get it in 1 day (unfortunately!) so take you time, listen to your body and don't go into a position if it's painful.
It's better to be consistent and do a moderate 20 minute session every other day or so, than to push too far and need to rest for a week!
